In a service-orientated industry, people are the biggest asset and they play the biggest part in successful service delivery. In this module, we will explore the TMC environment more deeply, and the role played by operations.
Every TMC is different, in terms of organisational structure, culture and people. We explore the different types of TMCs, their infrastructure and their internal departments and how these functions work alongside each other. We will also explore the differences between TMCs in the market place: multi-national, small to medium size and, more niche players.
